✅ Eligibility for Returns
You can request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order, if the item:
Is damaged, defective, or incorrect
Is unused, in original condition, and with all original tags and packaging
❌ Items Not Eligible for Return
Products that have been used, washed, or damaged after delivery
Items without original packaging or tags
Items marked as non-returnable or final sale
Accessories, innerwear, and personal care products (for hygiene reasons)
🔁 How to Request a Return or Exchange
Email us at support@snaptrendzstore.com within 7 days of delivery.
Mention your order number and reason for return (attach a photo if the item is damaged or incorrect).
Our team will guide you through the next steps and arrange a reverse pickup if applicable.
💸 Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we’ll initiate your refund within 3–5 business days.
Refunds will be credited to your original payment method.
In case of COD orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or store credit.
🔄 Exchange Policy
Want a different size or color? No problem! We offer one-time free exchanges for eligible items.
Just follow the return steps above and mention that you’d like an exchange.
📝 Note:
If reverse pickup is not available at your location, we may ask you to self-ship the item. In such cases, we’ll reimburse standard courier charges.
Snap Trendz Store reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet our policy.
